Kareem graduated from Humber College in 2019 and practiced as an RMT in Ontario before making his move to Kamloops. Prior to this, he completed two years of study in Kinesiology, but found he wanted to apply his knowledge of rehabilitation using a hands-on approach. His massage style includes trigger point release, deep tissue massage, joint play and correctional movement. He also applies myofascial release to help decrease pain and improve mobility.
Kareem has always been involved with many recreational activities, such as soccer, basketball, weight training and kickboxing. By experiencing injuries of his own, he gained knowledge into how to treat acute and chronic conditions.

Kareem develops specialized treatment plans for each individual and actively assists his clients through their care by providing massage, education on functional movement and remedial exercises.
